Does this apply to you?
Perhaps you’ve been wondering for a while whether the CANTIENICA® training program might be right for you. Do you love exercise, have an interest in the body, or are you looking for a new career path? Then come by—with no obligation, free of charge, and—if you have time—to experience a live training session.
At the information session, you’ll learn the basics of CANTIENICA® body in evolution. You’ll find out how the training program is structured, what opportunities it opens up for you, and how you can become a trainer yourself, step by step.
But most importantly: You’ll experience the method firsthand. After a brief introduction, we’ll guide you through a 60-minute training session. That way, you’ll immediately notice what it feels like to stand tall, feel light, and discover new strength—and whether this approach is right for you.
The event will take place online via Zoom, lasts about 90 minutes, and is free for you. All you need is a quiet spot and a willingness to move around a bit.
At the end, there will be time for your questions. We’d be happy to tell you more about the course content, prerequisites, and our community—and you can decide how to move forward.
Here’s what you can expect
You’ll receive a brief introduction to the CANTIENICA® body in evolution method, experience a training session (60 minutes live with Conny or Mandy), and have the opportunity to ask questions. You’ll also get a glimpse into our network of trainers.
Why participate?
Because you’ll experience the method firsthand. Because you’ll know right away if the training program is right for you. Because you’ll get to know the instructors and get a clear picture of the schedule, the content, and the opportunities.
