CANTIENICA®- Training is an intelligent form of fitness and the ideal training for more flexibility, an optimal posture and a captivating charisma. You quickly achieve visible results and feel more strength, more ease and life energy.

How does the training support me?

With the CANTIENICA® method you learn to perceive and use your body in a completely new way. In this way, you can prevent incorrect posture and its consequences from the ground up or positively influence them in a noticeable and visible way. How does a CANTIENICA® training session work?

The method is incredibly versatile. A classic lesson lasts 60 minutes. You train in light training clothes on a mat. Your trainer is always putting together new lessons from over 600 exercises. She guides the group through the sequences with words, by demonstration and specific touch coaching. Each person is challenged and encouraged in their personal level of training. You can train on-site at our studio or join by video from wherever you are.
