General information and services
The services offered by the CANTIENICA® Studio Zurich include training according to the CANTIENICA® method, which is offered in group and individual lessons, private lessons or workshops.

The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between CANTIENICA AG and the course participants (hereinafter referred to as the customer) who register for the services offered. The version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract applies in each case.

Group lessons
Lessons in the CANTIENICA® Zurich studio and livestream lessons are considered equivalent. Appointments are reserved and binding according to the booking. If an appointment cannot be kept, it must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the reserved time (1 hour) will be charged. Subscriptions are valid for the agreed period. Appointments not taken will expire and will not be refunded. Subscriptions are personal and not transferable to other persons.

Personal training
Appointments are reserved according to booking and are binding. If an appointment cannot be kept, we expect to be notified at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the reserved time (1.5 hours) will be charged. If the client arrives late, the application time will be reduced accordingly.

Workshops
Registrations and cancellations must be made no later than 5 working days before the advertised date. In the event of cancellation up to 3 days before the start of the workshop, half of the course fee is due; in the event of later cancellation, the full course fee will be charged. After consultation, a substitute person may take part in the workshop.

Lesson and workshop cancellations
CANTIENICA AG reserves the right to cancel a lesson or workshop for important reasons, in particular in the case of illness of the instructor, too few participants or other unforeseeable circumstances. In this case, any course fees paid will be refunded in full or booked subscriptions extended by this lesson.

Furthermore, CANTIENICA AG reserves the right to change course dates and times of advertised workshops in consultation with the customer if the number of participants is low. No claims can be made by the customer.

Prices
The prices which apply are those which are specified on the homepage https://www.cantienica-zuerich.ch/preise at the time the appointment is made. These prices may be increased or decreased at any time without prior notice. Prices on brochures, flyers or other advertisements are not binding.

Health insurance recognition
The CANTIENICA® method is currently not recognised by health insurance companies. Please contact your health insurance company personally to find out if the costs will be covered. If required, a time sheet can be provided.

Liability
The purchase of a subscription, an appointment for workshops or private lessons requires the acceptance of these general terms and conditions. In connection with this, the customer hereby declares (for himself or herself personally or for a minor for whom he or she is responsible) that he or she will not bring any claims for damages against CANTIENICA AG, CANTIENICA®-Studio Zürich, Benita Cantieni or the employees, agents, auxiliary persons or legal successors of the aforementioned. The declaration applies to all claims arising from all damage, whether to persons or property, caused directly or indirectly by CANTIENICA® training according to Benita Cantieni or related programmes. The liability of the aforementioned person for gross negligence remains excluded.

CANTIENICA AG is not liable for initial aggravations (muscle aches, skin reactions, emotional reactions) as well as for emerging internal and external illnesses which first became visible or noticeable through the physical training and were not previously recognised by a doctor.

Should consequential damage occur despite expert application, which is due to a customer concealing reasons for exclusion, CANTIENICA AG is exempt from any liability. This also applies if a reason for exclusion was not known to the customer himself and was not recognisable to the organiser.

Liability insurance is available for accidents that occur on the premises of CANTIENICA AG and result in property damage or personal injury. The insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is personally liable for damage to premises and equipment caused by improper use by the customer.

CANTIENICA AG is not liable for loss of or damage to items in the associated rooms such as cloakroom etc. Valuables may be deposited in the training room.

Data protection
Within the framework of the business relationship with CANTIENICA AG, the customer agrees that the necessary, personal data of the customer is stored and processed. The data necessary for the performance of the service may be passed on to commissioned instructors. Health questions are treated as strictly confidential by CANTIENICA AG.
