Cantienica AG has successfully completed the current eduQua:2021 recertification.

The certification covers the development, sale, and delivery of our training programs on posture, movement, and body awareness for adults. Cantienica AG has been continuously eduQua-certified since October 15, 2006.

What eduQua Certification Entails

An eduQua certification is the result of a multi-year quality assurance process.

For us, this means: carefully documenting training processes, reviewing goals and procedures, evaluating key metrics and feedback, clearly defining responsibilities, transparently recording quality measures, and systematically planning development steps.

A central component is self-evaluation. In this process, the continuing education institution assesses—based on figures, data, facts, and systematically evaluated experiences—how well it meets the eduQua requirements and its own quality commitments. This self-evaluation serves both as a management tool and as the basis for the audits.

In addition, there is an external document review and an audit conducted by independent auditors.

The certification cycle spans three years. Certification or recertification is followed by interim audits, during which it is re-evaluated whether the quality management system is being implemented effectively, is practical, and complies with regulations.

For our team, this means a great deal of detailed work, meticulous attention to detail, and ongoing quality improvement.

• Implementation of Training – Planning and Methodological Design of Learning Situations
• Evaluation and Development – Feedback, Learning Outcomes, Satisfaction, and Continuous Improvement

These are not merely theoretical criteria. For us, certification involves intensive preparatory work: documenting processes, updating documentation, compiling evidence, evaluating feedback and key metrics, reviewing quality objectives, and recording development steps.

This is followed by an external audit conducted by auditors.

The cycle lasts three years. To ensure uninterrupted renewal, a full recertification process is required afterward.
