After the first intensive course you may call your offer CANTIENICA®-Training. Your website or your URL may also carry the CANTIENICA® trademark in its name.
The training bears the Swiss quality label Eduqua. In this way, we guarantee that the CANTIENICA® training is continuously checked for quality.
In the training module Level 1 Bronze you will learn the basic principles of bodywork with the CANTIENICA® method. You work out each exercise for yourself and as a team. This is a central principle of CANTIENICA® Body in Evolution: Vivatomically® precise and well-founded passing on of the exercises can only be done by those who have experienced their benefits on their own bodies. You are the best role model for the method you want to teach and instruct. You’ll find your personal best in posture, strength, flexibility and appearance.
Through intensive hands-on bodywork, you will improve your own awareness while sharpening your observation of posture and movement patterns in others. Benita Cantieni attaches great importance to the fact that the method has to adapt to the people and not vice versa. This individuality has shaped a unique coaching: The instructor does not perform the exercises, and certainly not with them, but demonstrates and precisely describes the position and brings the participants into the optimal posture with targeted, non-manipulative grips and touches.
The CANTIENICA® method places the greatest emphasis on safety for the body, muscles, tendons, joints, fascia. The purpose of the individual coaching is that the changes in habitual bad postures (stiff shoulders, pelvic obliquity, knock knees, hunched back, hollow back, etc.) can be consciously perceived by the participants and adopted in everyday life quickly, safely and sustainably.

CANTIENICA® coaching is an integrated part of the basic training, it serves the quality of the teaching. The course trains psychological skills, care in language, demonstration and instruction. CANTIENICA® coaching teaches the ability to guide people into the position that is good for them with targeted, professional, casual touches and movements. CANTIENICA® coaching equips you with self-confidence and a loving view of your clients. You’ll also learn how to distribute your attention generously without losing your own energy.

The diploma training begins with several weeks of self-study. Exactly how much time is needed is individual, and depends on your previous knowledge and your learning speed. In this phase you should internalize the exercises. The more you use it, the more factual and physical knowledge you can build. The didactic part of the manual shows you how to teach the method to your clients. You will already receive information about CANTIENICA®-specific coaching. How you apply it will be practiced intensively during the attendance days.
In the 5-day seminar, the main focus is on training and mutual coaching. Several training lessons are held. You practice in groups, in pairs or in plenary. Self-reflection, mutual feedback and working on one’s own challenges are important elements. The trainers challenge and encourage you in this process. At the end of the intensive seminar you will receive a certificate of attendance, which immediately entitles you to conduct group courses and private lessons. You are now ready for the practice phase.
The weeks leading up to the follow-up seminar are for you to gain practical experience. You implement what you have learned, teach customers and gain experience. So it’s worth preparing for this phase early so that you can start teaching as soon as possible. You will keep a log of the lessons you teach during this time. This protocol is considered proof of practice and is mandatory to obtain the diploma. In addition, you create a video sequence of your lessons and send it to your instructors. As a further learning check, you will work out three detailed choreographies in writing. These are considered written exams and are designed to map your theoretical knowledge.
After the practical phase, you will meet with the whole group for a two-day follow-up. In these two days, the video samples of the participants are discussed, ambiguities regarding the training work and coaching are clarified and the examination documents are evaluated. Now you have the opportunity to repeat, adapt or extend exercises, instructions and coaching. After the follow-up workshop you will receive your diploma.
