The training begins with the distribution of the trainer manuals. These manuals contain the CANTIENICA® expertise: exercises, coaching, and teaching methods. They comprise the core of our knowledge and are correspondingly valuable. Therefore, upon receipt of the documents, the course is considered to have started and can no longer be cancelled.
Changes & CancellationsWe want to offer you as much flexibility as possible—but at the same time, our planning requires a certain level of commitment. Therefore, the following rules apply:
Course Rescheduling
Up to 4 months before the start date → Rescheduling subject to a fee of 10% of the course price
Up to 1 month before the start date → Rescheduling subject to a fee of 30% of the course price
Last-minute rescheduling (less than 1 month before the start date) → Rescheduling subject to a fee of 60% of the course price
No-show without notice → The full course price will be charged (100%)
Cancellation
Up to 4 months before the start date → Cancellation subject to a fee of 20% of the course price
Up to 1 month before the start date → Cancellation subject to a fee of 60% of the course price
Last-minute cancellation (less than 1 month before the start date) → Cancellation subject to a fee of 80% of the course price
No-show without notice → No refund will be issued—100% of the course price is due
To ensure you are financially protected in the event of illness, an accident, or other unexpected events, we recommend that you purchase travel and seminar cancellation insurance. ERV, ERGO, Allianz, and other providers offer suitable solutions.

How quickly can the training pay for itself?
Training to become a CANTIENICA® instructor is an investment in your professional development, your independence, and your ability to guide people effectively.
Many participants begin taking their first lessons or workshops while they are still in the Bronze training program or shortly after completing it. As a result, the investment often pays for itself faster than one might initially think.
A realistic example from everyday classroom life:
If you offer two lessons per week with six participants and charge an average of CHF 30 per person, that amounts to CHF 16,200 in annual revenue based on 45 weeks of instruction per year. This allows you to cover the costs of the Bronze training and license in a short period of time.
With four lessons per week, this time frame is cut in half accordingly. Many instructors also combine group classes with workshops, one-on-one coaching, or their existing professional activities.
Thematic workshops also offer interesting opportunities. A workshop with ten participants on topics such as pelvic floor health, posture, or postpartum recovery can generate approximately CHF 1,500 in net profit. Even just a few workshops per year can cover a significant portion of the training costs.
This training not only fosters professional development but can also provide a solid foundation for a career—whether as a self-employed venture or as a complement to an existing profession.
