Thinking Out Loud – with Nicola Härle
About the Person
Nicola Härle
Nicola Härle, 35, was a competitive skier on the European and World Cup circuits. For years, her body was subjected to extreme forces: pressure, impacts, strain, and intense physical exertion. Her training focused primarily on building strength in her external muscles—leaving little room for protection, recovery, or internal balance.
After two pregnancies and an unsuccessful postpartum recovery, she set out on a search—and discovered through CANTIENICA® training that it promotes alignment instead of pressure, joint protection instead of wear and tear, and stabilization instead of shock absorption.
Today, Nicola works in Bad Hindelang in the Allgäu region, providing CANTIENICA® coaching at a group practice.
Her experience in elite sports shapes her work just as much as her knowledge of prevention, joint protection, and inner stability. She works with people of all ages and fitness levels—from athletes to couch potatoes, from children to the elderly—with clarity, depth, and great respect for the body’s ability to take care of itself.
The years of experience with movement and spatial awareness gained through skiing are incorporated into the program and enrich the daily lives of all participants. What makes skiing better also enriches everyday life.
