Thinking Out Loud – with Marco Stahel
About the Person
Marco Stahel
Marco Stahel, 48, is a trained musical theater performer, yoga therapist, and CANTIENICA® instructor. His physical career began with a focus on performance: dance, the stage, and outward expression. For a long time, he had no physical complaints—until the repetitive strain from intense running suddenly led to severe knee pain.
The turning point came from what seemed like a small impulse: foot placement, leg alignment, and shifting one’s focus away from the floor. Simply through alignment and internal organization, his body awareness changed noticeably. This experience became the foundation of his work today.
Marco combines CANTIENICA®, yoga therapy, dance, and singing into an approach that is not based on form, but on inner impulse. He is interested in where movement begins, how it is prepared—and how it can be sustained from within without causing harm.
